Signing a PDF with this tool is genuinely simple: draw your signature with your mouse, trackpad, or finger on the canvas above, and it's embedded onto the last page of your document using the pdf-lib library, directly in your browser. There's no third-party signature vendor involved, no email verification step, and no copy of your document sitting on a server somewhere waiting to be signed — the whole process happens on your own device from start to finish.
This is best suited to personal, informal signing — initialing a form, signing a document for a friend or client, or adding your signature to a PDF you're sending back after review. It draws a freehand signature image onto the page rather than applying a cryptographic digital signature, so if you need a legally certified e-signature with an audit trail for a formal contract, you'll want a dedicated e-signature service built for that purpose.
To use it, select your PDF, draw your signature in the box (use Clear Signature to start over if needed), then press Place & Download. Your signature is placed in the bottom-right corner of the last page automatically.

Currently, the signature is placed once, on the last page of the document. If you need your signature on multiple pages, you can run the tool once per copy of the relevant page, or split the document into single pages first with the Split PDF tool.
No. The PDF is loaded into your browser's memory and your signature is embedded using the pdf-lib library, all on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server during signing.
