AI PDF Tools provides free, browser-based utilities to merge, compress, extract text from (OCR), sign, split, rotate, and convert PDF files. All processing occurs locally within your browser; no file is uploaded to or stored on our servers.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable law or regulation. You are solely responsible for the documents you choose to process using these tools.

3. No Warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features such as OCR text extraction and PDF compression rely on third-party open-source libraries and may not produce perfect results in every case.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI PDF Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, and original content are the property of AI PDF Tools. Third-party open-source libraries used by the Site (such as pdf-lib, pdf.js, Tesseract.js, and JSZip) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of those advertisements.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
